Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1-4 business days of placing your order not including weekends and holidays. Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS from Houston, Texas. Once we ship your order you will receive a notification including tracking information via email or text. Items shipped within the United States will typically arrive to you within 2-6 business days after your order has been marked shipped.
In the event that your tracking says delivered but you have not yet received your package we will review your order and make sure there are no discrepancies and that your package went out routinely. If we find NO discrepancies, then we suggest that you contact USPS or UPS. You should provide them your tracking number and let them know you did not receive your package even though the status of your tracking says delivered. Backseat Love is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered so please be sure to have all packages sent to a secure location.
We do ship internationally but please keep in mind that unless you are placing an international order using UPS or DHL as the shipping courier your order is subject to major shipping delays which we can not control due to COVID. Backseat Love is not responsible for additional delays at customs clearance or for any unforeseen reason involving international deliveries. Backseat Love is also not responsible for any international customs taxes and duties fees that may be charged by your country’s customs these are the responsibility of the buyer.
If for any reason your package is not deliverable and returned to us, you will be issued a refund minus return shipping costs and return shipping charges. If you would like for the package to be reshipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee.
