Return Policy

In the event that you are unsatisfied with our products we will issue you a full refund for merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt. Items that are a final sale and are not eligible for a refund include earrings and all sale items. Sale items and orders placed using 25% off or more code are all marked FINAL SALE. Items must be scent free unworn, unwashed and unaltered to be eligible for a return. Returns not meeting these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer and the refund refused. Once the above criteria has been met, please email us at shopbackseatlove@gmail.com to notify us of the return, the item(s) you wish to return and we will email you a shipping label. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer so your refund will be processed for the amount of goods MINUS the return shipping label costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an e-mail notification we have received your returned item. Please be sure to properly package your return. If approved, you will receive a refund minus the shipping label charges. Returns are processed in 1-2 business days of receiving returned goods. Please allow for an additional 3-5 days for your refund to post to your credit card. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment. Backseat Love will not be responsible for customer returned items lost or damaged in transit. In the event of a rejected return, an e-mail notification will be sent with detailed reasoning and a refund will not be issued.

Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, we will need to see documentation - pictures -before refunding or resending. Please contact us within 4 days after receiving your package and we will send you a replacement immediately or issue you a refund if the item is no longer available.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once orders have been placed, they cannot be altered or cancelled. Once a package has been shipped out we cannot make changes to the delivery address.
